I've been working out with Lindsay for a little over 3 years on a regular schedule and then..... COVID hit like a tonne of bricks! Everything was flipped upside down and inside out. After my 30 days of Lindsay's 30x30 program I feel stronger and my balance has improved. Her workouts are different everyday and are full of variety for all fitness levels. I never thought I could commit to working out 30 days in a row and here I am about to start my 3rd round of 30x30 workouts. The accountability of the group is the best motivation to keep going and keep pushing yourself to get the workouts done.
