I offer a variety of weekly small group workouts that range from 4-8ppl. Each group workout consists of mobility, full body strength, HIIT and core work. We use a combination of weights, bodyweight, bands, balls, TRX and much more to provide a full body, functional, safe and effective workout! These group workouts provide a sense of community, build long lasting friendships and provide a safe place for people to come in workout and have a blast doing it!
